Our Focus Statement

The vision of the Belmont Street Community School is to prepare all students who enter our diverse learning community with the skills, experiences, and standards-based knowledge needed to advance and participate successfully at the next level of their education. MCAS results, reviewed in conjunction with district and classroom progress assessments, will be used to measure student proficiency. Information gathered from data analyses will determine the direction of differentiated instructional practices, allowing all students to reach their highest potential.
